How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your email within a few minutes.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How do I add my team members?
As a manager, go to Team in the sidebar and click "Add Team Member." Set their role and they'll be able to log in immediately.
Is there a mobile app?
Mise is a progressive web app — it works great on any phone or tablet without downloading anything from the app store.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Contact us and we'll send you a full export of your ingredients, inventory logs, and waste logs in CSV format.
